"Although overall I enjoyed this hotel, I encountered some issues that were on the negative side. When checking in I was told that the room I had booked in advance and paid for was not available (?!). The receptionist then said I had been upgraded to another room.. but when I saw it, it was a major downgrade and worse, the bed was unmade.
