"What a great hotel, perfect for old or new town adverts in Nice. Super rooms with plenty of space and nice in room amenities inc. sink, hob, fridge and even a washing machine for those planning longer stays. You will want to bring earplugs but that’s a small price to pay to be close to the action. "

"The room was clean and spacious. It suited our needs well. The staff were kind and helpful when we needed them. The AC worked well for the most part. We had a slight issue one day, but they were able to sort it out for us pretty quickly. Really nice and conveniently located. Just note that there are stairs to the first floor/reception and no elevator. "

"The property was ideally placed for foot access to the Old Town, the bay, the Port, the market and for public transport to art museums and the airport. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and very helpful. The room faced onto the street so nights were sometimes disturbed by groups of people talking loudly outside the cafe below, but traffic noise was not a problem. We really enjoyed our stay, and very much hoping to return one day. "
