Staff were nice enough. Pillows are horrible, everyone complained that they were overstuffed, I barely slept all week and part due to altitude part due to the pillows being so uncomfortable. Lady at front office was great, breakfast was good, views were pretty, our dogs loved the area to walk around in and the locals are kind. will be back.
