"We were delighted with this hotel—from the welcome by the valet staff to every member of the property's team. We stayed in the Lotus Tower; the lobby, though small, was very cozy, spotless, and smelled wonderful. The room we booked for ten people was beautiful, spacious, and clean, with everything in perfect working order. The housekeeping staff, pool attendants, and servers all treated us with great kindness and courtesy. Every detail of the property was thoughtfully designed; we fell in love with the place and plan to return soon. Thank you to everyone who made our stay wonderful."

The hotel was immaculately clean, the staff was impressively friendly and eager to help, and the breakfast was delicious was plenty of options. We especially enjoyed the comfortable chaise lounge chairs and relaxing music by the pool after a day at the beach and the spacious lobby seating area. We plan to book another trip!"
