"There was a problem with two features.
One lamp was burnt , we had a hard time getting a fresh bulb for that lamp. Deny and resistance before letting us have the missing bulb.
The climatisation (air conditioner) was not functional, to be clear the cold function of the Thermopump was not responding. It had air ventilating and it was heated in the room but we could not find a way to switch to cool function (it showed cool but was never becoming cool in the room.) Probably Sept-Iles is not warm enough/often to make it needing air clim, but we needed it that day and night. The office personal was not supportive and cold in their response. Only offering a handyman by eight am next morning and no immediate assistance. Why the management leaves this person to be alone overnight at the hotel, I don’t understand. And their response was quite cold and not supportive. I guess they did not even register a complaint to be resolved. So this was our only two deceptions but we were not happy because of that not supportive service
