"They only send corespondance in french. I’ve asked for english version, but no response. I tried to pre book transportation from the airport, but no response.

"El hotel no es como en las imágenes, está bastante deteriorado.
Una de las albercas no funcionó por casi 4 días porque no le dieron mantenimiento con tiempo de anticipación. Para entrar a las albercas tenías que pasar por un charco enorme de agua sucia.
La habitación estaba más o menos bien, sin embargo cuando entramos la bañera no estaba completamente limpia, con cabellos. Y los botes de shampoo y jabón nunca los llenaron aún cuando lo pedimos y era obvio que estaban vacíos.

"This was our 6th time staying at this hotel:
Did feel this time it wasn’t as good as previous stays.
Breakfast was very good, however a limited menu in the evening we stayed 4nights and the menu didn’t change.The outdoor pool is open until 9 at night and is by the restaurant so can get noisy with children using it in the evening.
Rooms are clean and service very good so is the location which is very close to shops etc."

"Location excellent. Room was not clean good. Drain in shower was not working. In one mins was floating. 3 days take to fix. Water was leaking from ceiling at midnight. A/C problem. Shot of a/c till fixed next day. Not install grill on a/c and air was flow every where. Next day install the grill. Make pictures of every thing. Will ask Expedia compensation."

"Avons beaucoup aimé Nice! Hôtel très bien situé et avions une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Avons bien apprécié notre terrasse privée. Ce voyage comportait plusieurs séjours dans différentes villes de France. Nous avons très apprécié cette chambre spacieuse!!

"Clean modern room, beds were super comfy to sleep especially after a day of walking and getting the steps in. Staff were so lovely and helpful, would definitely come back to stay as location was superb! The only tiny thing that I suggest would be to have the dog area away from reception as first thing you see and can smell are them but that’s minor compared to the room and everything else"
