"Reception staff seemed new and to be unsure of how to do some intake processes. Website I used to book referred to parking available but didn't quote a price or allow you to reserve a spot, had I been unable to park my rental car I would have been very upset. The entrance from Rue Louis Lumierre did not have the adress 44 and as the sign is high above the entry way it is not visible from the car when on the street. "The staff was extremely helpful and responsive!"

"The property is clean and quiet. The rooms are just the right size with a large bathroom. The host is entertaining. We enjoyed our stay."

"It's very convenient to get to the nearby Paris Expo Porte De Versailles exhibition center, just a 10-minute walk away. There's also a small Carrefour supermarket within a 10-minute walk, making it easy to buy groceries. My accommodation was like an apartment-style hotel, with a kitchen, microwave, and other facilities, making it convenient to heat up food. I was very satisfied and hope to stay here again next time."
