"Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Chambre avec vue lac c’est magique. Lit confortable, ménage impeccable, accueil professionnel. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour profiter du lac et de la vieille ville. Le spa est très bien. Petit point négatif : Pour un palace, la décoration manque un peu de charme, notamment les restaurants. "Really nice staff who offered to keep my dog’s food cold in their refrigerator. We were well greeted and they gave me good nearby food recommendations. The main floor had a bit of a not so great smell and the room was pretty small but it was clean and I got a good night sleep. They also let me check out 30 minutes late. Unfortunately we had an incident where 2 parasols blew over onto me whilst walking by the pool, hitting me on the back of the neck. I was given ice. I enquired about writing an accident report for health and safety reasons ( we had several witnesses). "Great location. Walking distance from the train station and bus terminal. Short walk to old city and the lake! Clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, fantastic rain shower with really good water pressure. Breakfast was quite good as they provide farm fresh eggs and the typical French breakfast accompaniments."

"Fantastic location being walkable to restaurants, cafes, all the gorgeous sights and the train station. We stayed in a ‘Deluxe room, with lakeside terrace’ - the room was spacious with a comfy bed, good sized bathroom with toiletries and plenty of storage in the bathroom. We loved sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine in the late afternoon watching the world go by below. "This is an excellent hotel! The hotel is full service but also a quick walk to the historic center of Annecy. So the best of both worlds. We appreciated being able to reserve and pay to park our car in their small underground garage. The morning breakfast is not included but you have a choice between a very good buffet on the hotel terrace overlooking the lake or grab and go items at the small cafe in the lobby.
