"Location location, location. Right next to the gondola, ski rental inside the property and the staff was super nice. The hotel is clean and nice, not super luxurious but with the great surroundings you don’t spend much time inside."

Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."
