"Our stay at the Lanaux Mansion was fantastic! The building maintains its historic charm while remaining well updated. The kitchenette was stocked with some basic breakfast items (instant oats, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea) and we loved relaxing on the balcony in the evenings. The location can’t be beat, either, as it’s walkable to the majority of attractions we planned to see on our visit. What made our stay truly special, though, was the manager Andrea! "Didn’t even end up getting into the hotel. I got to the hotel and called the manager to let me in, he immediately rejected the call and told me to text him. After sending him multiple texts with no reply and the same happening to other people waiting there too I cancelled my booking and found another place. Total scam don’t stay here"
