First off. The little interactions I had with the staff was good.
Why I said little interactions. Barely anyone was there even to answer the blasted phones.
When you are checking out there is not even a drop off box for the room cards. Your told by the maintenance person just drop it on the counter someone will pick them up at 10am. Scary thought with that.
