"The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."

Staff provided some classes during the day such as Olive tasting, really good. Some light exercise classes during the day. Variety of food - excellent. All staff very helpful and friendly. Used hotel taxi a few times. Same man very helpful & loads of local information."
