"This hotel is conveniently booked close (but not too close) to the busiest parts of Santa Cruz- so you can get around easily, but it’s not too loud. The only noise to be aware of is the school nearby- which we found endearing and not disruptive. There is a simple but tasty breakfast offered. "Sometimes you go to a place where they make you feel like family. Thats how we felt at Maidith. Elvira and Carlos, the proprietors, were kind, helpful, and just all around amazing people. The hotel is definitely one of the best….the Gaudi inspired architecture is so lovely. The room was spotless our entire stay. The shower was hot and the AC was cold. The hotel is close to everything! 10/10"
