"I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. "

"It was a fantastic place to stay with a beautiful ocean view. The location was quiet and offered easy access to the town and nearby beaches. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved using the private plunge pool every day. The staff was friendly, and there was adequate parking available."

"The place is a rental property rather than a hotel. The host Carla was very friendly and responsive. The view was amazing. However, the property could use some serious work. There were holes on the wall, stains on the couch, splashes on the kitchen window shades, mold or stains on bathroom ceiling. The bathroom sink doesn’t work. Walls are paper thin that you can hear everything from the next door neighbor. The bedroom AC doesn’t work properly, that it doesn’t cool and was very noisy. The...

"Property was clean, pool area was immaculate"

"I tried to put up with the mosquitos for 2 nights and just couldn’t deal with it. The room windows don’t close. Also the bathroom light doesn’t work between 6pm and 6 am for some reason. Finally on the negative side, the shower was room temp with no adjustment. On the plus side, the breakfast was very nice and the pool was as well."
