"Should be called PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW even though the listing was titled oceanview. Otherwise the place was huge and the best part was the staff who were super friendly. It’s in a secluded cove which means that other than the food they have (which isn’t included, and is reasonable but expensive by Mexico standards) you’re probably taking a 10 minute taxi for a cappuccino etc. The breakfast was yummy. "Property was beautiful, but not advertised unfortunately.. beach access was a view and no access and tgstcwas very important to us as we had planned on snorkeling a lot on this vacation and at this resort. Unfortunately that willnever hsppen with littel no access and even if possible huge big bolders and rocks woukd stop you you big time from getting in . "En general el hotel es bueno pero necesita reforzar algunos temas en cuanto a la limpieza a cuarto, nos toco ver bastantes hormigas y al menos 4 cucharachas, habían partes donde no limpiaban correctamente en el baño. Deberían tomar en cuenta los tiempos en el restaurant, de pronto tardaron una hora en llevarnos los platillos. En cuanto atención y personal fueron bastante amables."

"Me gustó lo fácil que es el proceso de check in y out, es bonito en general pero no me gustó que les hace falta más limpieza de las áreas comunes y la alberca está sucia, en los 4 días que estuvimos aquí nunca se dio limpieza a la alberca, este día se veía blanca el agua. El sillón del cuarto está sucio y huele a humedad y las toallas están muy viejas y percudidas. Dan la apariencia de estar sucias. También no me da confianza que el huésped previo lave los trastes porque no sabes si lo hicieron...
