"We were put in a room that was basically IN the lobby and didn’t have windows. We selected a deluxe room. Was very noisy at night with people congregating in the lobby. Hotels wine machine didn’t work and they weren’t able to sell us a bottle or glass. Location is good (but next time I would skip colonia - not much going on there) and nice they have a nice coffee and water machine available all day for guests. "

"The property is in a charming historic Portuguese house in the old city. Excellent WiFi, location and the views of the river from the restaurant are stunning during breakfast which is included. We ate there for dinner and it was delicious! The chivito is huge, enough for two people. The staff is so kind. We would stay there again 10/10! "

"Excellent location within easy walking distance of all the must-see spots in Colonia, including a convenient walk from the port. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed both the outdoor infinity pool and the heated indoor pool, along with the hot tub and dry sauna—such a perfect way to relax.
We booked a corner suite, which offered stunning ocean views and a gorgeous sunset each evening. Sleeping with the sliding doors open was a highlight—cool, gentle ocean breezes, complete quiet, and no bugs made for an incredibly peaceful night.
Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience."
