"The toilet seat in the bathrooms was too thin and uncomfortable. It felt like you would sink into the bowl. This can be corrected by Holiday Inn. The food service was good but there were few options for vegans. Oatmeal would be a nice complement."

Mgr is there things run great but on the days the kids (young staff) are in charge things are not good. 3 day breakfast was very good but 2 days breakfast was late, several items were limited or missing all together. "We spent a night at Stallion. The one-bedroom, one bathroom apartment was spacious, spotless clean, and comfortable for three of us. The location was very close to Amtrak station and the surroundings were safe and walkable. The host was very hospitable, communicative, responsive, flexible, and considerate. We enjoyed staying at this beautifully designed and maintained hotel. We highly recommend the hotel for travelers who look for a comfortable and convenient hotel to stay in Memphis."

"The front desk staff is incredibly not helpful and there never is someone at the desk and always have to wait for them to get there. Their phone calling is terrible I called to recive a receipt and they kept putting me on hold not answering my question and ignoring the call"

"This property was so beautiful the microwave was in the lobby which meant we had to leave our room to eat leftovers but other than that, everything was great. I say bring an extension cord because there are not many outlets next to both sides of bed."
