"My family and I loved our stay here. I mostly chose it because of the breakfast buffet and it was great. Beds are comfortable and the AC kept the room nice and cool during a humid season. Room safe needed fresh batteries. Gym was ok. Couldn't get the stationary bike to work properly because of dead batteries. Couldn't get the treadmill to work either. "Right at the check-in, I was told there's no reservation under my name so I had to pay again (will have to dispute double payment), no air conditioner, moldy room, bathroom not so clean with no towel racks, smelly bed linen, pillow case with blood stain, noise road by the room, no lobby area or common kitchen facilities--it doesn't look like the pictures show. Location was okay and the staff (Joaquim) was very friendly."
