"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The overall experience was good but not excellent. The water went out for half a day in the whole city so that was a big factor on why it wasn’t excellent. Also, the area around the hotel is not that nice and there’s a lot of older buildings that seem dirty. The quality of the soaps and amenities could be improved. The hotel itself was very clean in the rooms and around the hotel. "

"Nuestra estadía en el Hotel Estelar Cartagena fue una experiencia excelente. Desde el momento en que llegamos todo fue perfecto.
