"Clean and friendly staff"

"Our room was cleaner than most hotels, but not "really" that clean. Carpet was dirty. Bathroom was partially upgraded, but they did a sloppy job. One screw hanging out of the plate that was connected to shower. Really awful job of applying the sealer around the tube. A few bugs in the bathroom. It was acceptable, but we would not stay there again. Great coffee, rest of breakfast was OK."

"The staff was very friendly."

"Out dated. Shower door broken so a shower put up behind. Carpet in hall needed to be clean. Corners in the room, bathroom and shower needed to be cleaned."

"Very clean. Breakfast wasn’t good and staff not as friendly as I expected them to be."

"Need To Fix Elevator"

"Breakfast was subpar for the quality of the hotel."

"The hot tub was great perfect temp and breakfast was very good and well presented. The staff was super friendly and they where under construction they maintenance was great. Definitely coming back. thank u Drury see you soon"

"Stayed for 2 nights for a nearby event. It was perfect for our needs. Brittany at the Front Desk was very attentive and super helpful. Every day we were greeted leaving and returning. Lots of parking. Only complaint was the lumpiness of my bed."

Their kindness, understanding, and willingness to help turned what started as a travel nightmare into an amazing, relaxing experience. It's rare to find customer service that genuinely cares about its guests. I highly...

"The room smelled from a stained and mold stain rug . The TV did not work and the breakfast was lousy"

"Place was great. The only thing coffee runs put very fast."

"It was good enough for a one night stay. You get what you pay for, it’s not a 4/5 star hotel. Although I reserved a “non-smoking” room, it still smelled like smoke. The AC helped reduce the smell. There was a roach that came out of the restroom. The hairdryer worked. Fridge was cold and convenient. The best was stiff, but I slept good. The shower was hot and comfortable. Overall, you get what you pay for."
