Room was not cleaned and when we asked for it to be cleaned they made the bed only. Didn’t restock any paper products and floors sticky and never swept. When you book your room, they don’t honor your room selection. Cannot believe this is “W” owned. Do not recommend this place for a stay.

After checking in I walked towards the elevator to go to my room and the elevator broke down. Had to use another elevator. Also, when I was in my room I heard a loud bang noise coming from the room next door that really bothered me. Other than that everything else was great.

This is normally our favorite hotel in the area, Fairfield is the best chain IMO...this time we were disappointed. There was some sort of baseball event going on, the place was crowded with teenagers. It was very noisy. Parents were loud too. Kids running the halls at night, left garbage in the breakfast ...
