"The hotel staffs was good except the manager and the front desk worker when we tried to check into our room, the where talking about that they couldn't find our reservation, saying it was canceled i had to called Expedia customer to have them called the hotel to confirmed that i had an reservation. "I'm local but heard about the Onsen and had to come try it. It was a lovely experience and worth the trip and money. The staff were friendly, the rooms and building as clean and in excellent condition. It was delightful. I've been to Japan before and I definitely got an authentic Japanese experience in the onsen. I'm 5'10" and the women's onsen was two feet deep. If you're a tall and use the women's onsen, just know that your shoulders and neck may not be submerged if you sit down in the water....
