"I found the room extremely clean when I arrived, bathroom was clean and very spacious. The staff was great except for one person who worked the front desk, other than that all the other staff were friendly and always said hi. For the breakfast, the cold selection was fine and same with the bread and bagels, the hot food I really did not care for. The eggs were scrambled and runny, the sausages were not very appealing so I just went across the street to a breakfast diner. Initials are BB."

"Overall great stay, friendly staff and located nicely for mountain View travel. They have a complementary sauna and spa along with workout center and pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed for repair but it looked great along with a hot tub. The TV had controls for the lighting and temperature which was interesting. You could also control them physically. There is a lack of drawer space but had a closet and some shelving to put things on. Overall it was a wonderful stay."

"When we arrived to check in, the desk staff was straight forward, not welcoming. There was a line with one person on duty. When the second person arrived, they didn't take the first person in line. They paid no attention to who was standing there; they just quietly walked in front of their workstation. Then, a guest later in the line saw before the rest of us and rushed up to get taken care of. I found that the front desk staff were not cordial and not attentive. Late at night we name back to the hotel. The front desk had two people. They both were chatting with a group of people. I waited in line with two waters to buy from the market. I waited for 5 minutes. They continued to chat and did not acknowledge me, so I took my waters upstairs. The next morning, I paid for them at the front desk (just so you know 😁). The breakfast and bar staff are friendly and serviceable. I found them interested in their customers' wants. They explained things thoroughly. There is QR tipping which is phenomenal. I can tip easily and don't need cash to do it. Great idea!"

"Room was super clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities you’d expect. Staff was very friendly. They have a little sports bar attached to the hotel. Good food and a decent selection of liquor. The staff at the bar did an exceptional job."
