Check-in happens at a coffee shop outside Ploce Gate, so be prepared to walk 8 mins to the hotel. Fairly easy walk, but cobbled streets.
Inside, the property, rooms and decorations are immaculate and beautiful. No elevator, so a fair bit of stair climbing.
Minor point: safe wasn't functioning in my room due to previous guests leaving it locked.

"This hotel is beautiful and in the center of Old Town Dubrovnik. Rooms are spotless, spacious, and very modern. We loved the breakfasts in the morning, and received 5-star service from everyone who works there. The manager not only arranged transportation but also walked us and our luggage to the main gate to ensure our driver was there. "Beautiful room located in the heart of the walled old city in Dubrovnik, near shops and restaurants, our favorite was Soul Kitchen. Wine garden next door was also excellent. Hosts were a wealth of information on things to see and do. Room was right along a set of stairs that is frequented by tour groups and random tourists walking, had to keep the blinds closed so they couldn't see in and some of them were loud enough to be clearly heard in the room."

"Arrived to a friendly welcome. Fantastic location in the heart of the old town. Being in a small side street meant that it was quiet at night. Our room was a comfortable size for the two of us. A clever use of space. The air con was appreciated. There are a number of steps up to the property, so beware of this when carrying a case.
