"At two occasions, I sent emails to the property asking simple questions, such as whether I'd need an extension cord to hook up my CPAP machine. Although I wrote in perfect French, on both occasions, my e-mails were ignored. I found this so rude, I almost cancelled my reservation for another property. I'm glad I didn't, because the property is pleasant and quiet, and their superior rooms are quite comfortable. Breakfasts are decent (I was offered scrambled eggs the 2nd, but not the first day)....

"Nice small hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are in good condition, likely renovated lately, only small minus comes from beds and pillows, not the best quality and pillows were so big and full, it was hard to use those. Good location in the middle of the lovely Spa. Would come again!"

"Toujours aussi bien placé pour se reposer après des séances de roulages sur le magnifique circuit de SPA. Les oreillers changés récemment sont un désastre pour ceux qui ne veulent pas dormir la tête pliée en deux. Pas de carafe d'eau dans la chambre comme avant ! La porte probablement forcée a été bricolée et ne ferme correctement que de l'intérieur en fermant avec la sécurité (chambre 504). Restaurant un peu cher pour le dîner. Petit déjeuner moins achalandé qu'avant ! Une reprise en main...
