"The room was extremely small the staff was rude and the room itself was dirty upon arrival. When I asked to be switched the front desk person told me nothing else was available 0/10 the area was completely unsafe and I saw someone sniffing coke in the hallway. Never again !!! A park bench is a safer option"

"The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the amenities left a lot to be desired. There was no iron in the room, no washcloths were provided, and the ice machine on the 17th floor wasn't working. To make matters worse, the refrigerator wasn't cold or didn't seem to be working at all.
