"I booked a room for 4 weeks with a kitchenette, when I got there, I was given a room without a kitchenette. I went back to the front desk and told the mgr./owner took the reservation & the room they were going to give me the stove was broke. "Clean room, was hard to get extra towels but eventually got them"

"The AC worked well and it was located nearby the train station. It was quiet and had good parking. We got two towels and two washcloths total for two nights' stay for two people. There was no hand towel or floor mat for the shower, which sprayed water sideways out of the head so the bathroom floor stayed wet. The top blanket had stains on it and the fitted sheet seemed too small for the mattress - it kept coming off the corners. We tried to watch the TV and it was jumpy and the sound kept...
