My 3 stars on staff helpfulness was given because the housekeeping staff either forgot a bathmat or washcloths every day we were there. And after they leave for the day, the front desk staff cannot access the linens. In the big scheme of things, minor hiccup but small inconvenience."

"The room was incredibly clean and kept well. I loved the design of the bathroom because of the tiled flooring. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast however was basic. It was juice, cereal, pastries, tea, etc. but no hot food. Overall, it was good."

"Came for the Knicks parade. Location couldn’t have been more perfect. Rooms are small - literally 2 steps from the front door and it’s the bed. Bedding and pillows felt very nice and comfortable. I don’t agree with the added $16 at the end to cover the resort fee aka 2 Fuji water bottles, 1 Poland spring water bottle, 2 bags of chips and 4 cookies.. that could have just been included in the fee for the room. Has a roof top bar.. but hours were limited. Couldn’t find room service menu."
