"Everything was just fine. After a long drive it was a very stress free check in and check out. They had a wonderful included breakfast in the morning before hitting the road. When you seen any employees they were all very kind. If ever traveling that way again would definitely stay."

"As far as the Casino went, it was excellent compared to what we have in Columbus, Ohio I stayed one night in the hotel and was disappointed. While it was very clean for as much money as I spend the casino in the room, I would have expected better. The bed was not that comfortable, the walls were very thin so sound was an issue, Well, the living area itself was great. The bathroom was very disappointing. I would equate it to a red roof in room."

"We were on a road trip and got tired. I looked up hotel accommodations and this one came up the cheapest. Usually I don’t go with the cheapest because typically you’ll get what you pay for. However my gamble turned out very well surprisingly. The staff was kind and efficient af the front desk. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Both my husband and I agreed. Highly recommend. Also it’s right off the highway for easy access. "

"Very clean, well equipped hotel. I love a great shower with very hot water and amazing water pressure. This one did not disappoint. Breakfast was great!!! No reason to leave hungry. Jordan was my night check in and morning check out staff. Very friendly and accommodating answered all my questions and very friendly. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. "

"I was having surgery so I couldn't have breakfast but my husband went down and breakfast was being served and he said everything was good and hot. As for the staff, not impressed. She was taking a reservation on the phone and didn't bother to say I'll be right with you and when she got off the phone didn't apologize for my wait. She didn't tell me which way our room was or anything else we should know except the wi-fi was our room number. She wasn't rude just very dry. She also should use her...

"My biggest gripe is that I was charged $10.70 for 1 night of self-parking in the hotel parking lot. I was not informed of this, and only found out about the charge when it appeared after the fact on my credit card statement. An additional warning: do not let them put you in a room next to the elevators - the noise when the elevators were in use (most of the night, unfortunately) was terrible. I'll not be staying here again."

"I have stayed at this hotel probably 10 times over the last few years and this will be the last time. My recent experience was very off. The hotel is starting to get rundown, but my main complaint stems from the little bar in the lobby. Every evening the whole lobby turns into a gross dive bar. People (not sure if they were guests or locals) yelling and screaming and being rowdy. The employees just sit over there with the bar patrons so didn’t even bother complaining since they clearly didn’t...

"This Red Roof was fine, very convenient location, quite, helpful staff, allowed pets (including cat with litter box). We’ve stayed here twice, it was fine both times."
