"Stayed for 5days in Seoul. Apt was great. Safe, clean and very quiet place. Brand new building which is half block away from the main road. Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone. Everything was great and i definitely will be back next trip. "

"It was a great place to rest! So many places to visit within walking distance! Also, there is a washer and a drying rack where you can clean your clothing! As well as a mini kitchen if you want to stay in for the night. Absolutely loved it here!!!"

"チェックイン・アウトがスムーズでよかった。 部屋も清潔で、シャワー、水道の出も問題無し。一日経てばタイルも乾いていたので快適だった。 ただ、部屋はトランクを広げるほどのスペースはない(シングルベッド×2の部屋だったが)。自分はバックパックだったので、困らなかった。 寝る・くつろぐ分には問題無い。ベッドもふかふかでよく眠れた。 問い合わせたいことがあり、管理者にメールをしたがすぐに対応してくれ助かった。非常に親切にしていただき、嬉しかった。"

"隣の部屋の人にムスリムのお祈りで勝手に部屋を使われていたり、共有キッチンで作っていたハラールの臭いがかなり強く残っていたりなど、隣人との関係に問題があった。また、シャワーのお湯がほとんど出ないなど、ほかにもいくつか問題があったため、予定より早くチェックアウトをした。しかし、フロントの対応をしてくださったお姉さんはとても親切で、丁寧だった。"

"여기 좋아요ㅎㅎ 지방에 살고있는데 신촌에서 모임이 있어서 친구와 함께 숙소를 여기저기 알아봤는데 신촌호텔들이 정말 많더라구요 일단 여자들 둘이서만 자는거라서 너무 골목에 있지않고 다음날 역까지 도보로 이용해야하기때문에 역에서 가까운곳으로해서 선택을 하게되었어요 정말꼼꼼하게 이것저것 알아보고 선택을하게된곳이 신촌호텔중에서 가장 만족할만 위치에 있고 깔끔하게생긴 브라운스위트 호텔이었습니다 청소상태에 예민한편인데 간혹 리뷰가 안좋은 글도 보여서 걱정을 살짝 했었는데 괜한 걱정이었네요 정말 띠끌하나 없을정도로 깨끗한 상태여서 좋았어요 그리고 보통 방음이 잘 안되는 호텔들도 많이 있는데 브라운스위트호텔은 방음 최고였습니다 마치 옆방에 아무도 없는것처럼 조용하더라구요 조용하다보니 숙면을 취할수가 있어서 다음날 컨디션이 좋더라구요 여기저기 많은 호텔들을 다녀봤지만 동일 가격대의 호텔들중에서 가장 최고의 만족을 느낀곳이 아닐까 생간을 했네요 침대도 푹신푹신하고 베게도 너무너무 만족한곳이었어요...

"The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. The amenities provided were perfect down the the small details like laundry detergent, dish soap and water provided. This came in handy. The staff was helpful, the area and the building was safe and secure. I loved my stay. This was my first time in Korea and I would definitely stay there again. "5 star location, communication with the host was fast & easy! Inside of the unit was little outdated (toilet tank cover was missing) but overall it was comfortable. Nice to have both washer & dryer inside of the unit. Kitchen was well equipped to do simple cooking. I would stay here again. "

"I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. If it were not for him, I would have missed my flight! Great place, people to help if needed and no face to face check in which is great for introverts of foreigners like me!"
