"The most beautiful stay in all of Pisa! Thank you to the kind and generous staff who upgraded our room, we loved the balcony view room of the tower. This hotel is beyond wonderful and I can’t recommend enough, the rooms are modern and spotless with everything you could need including slippers, robes and snacks. "The room was great and the location could not have been better! My friend and I ran the Pisa Marathon, and the start/finish line was so close to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious each morning! But most of all, the staff could not have been more helpful, from letting my friend borrow a charger to giving us directions back to the train station, they were always so pleasant and patient with our every need!
