"Ston is a lovely little town that specializes in oysters and sea salt. You can't drive into or park in the Old Town, but the town is so small that the public parking is onlya flat block away and is free with your stay. The manager's English is very good, and he and everyone in town were welcoming and helpful. The apartment isn't huge, but it had everything I needed for a short stay. I couldn't find paper towels or dish towels, but they might have been there. Someone brings you a breakfast tray...

"We’ve stayed here before and we enjoyed it that much we came back. Reasonable prices for the accommodation and good public transport links. Staff are friendly and helpful. The area isn’t as touristy so a quieter place. Would definitely recommend the plaza Slano which is just around the bay. Cheap beer and boat hire that isn’t too expensive with very friendly English speaking staff."

"Oh my. This place is absolutely perfect. Gorgeous views, lovely cove. So quiet and relaxing. The food, the staff, the lodgings couldn’t have been better. Easy ferry to get here which is not crazy busy. Easy walk across the island but they have a cart for shuttle. We will be back!"

The reception lady was super helpful and kind, and she went above and beyond to help us with parking and show us around the unit when we arrived. "Outside Dubrovnik by a reasonable margin to avoid the driving traffic, but still easy access to the city. Loved the small kitchen area, the size/space of the place--especially for two people--and the outside balcony sitting area with a wonderful view of the bay. Getting up angle of the driveway from the road was difficult if coming from the direction of the city. Would have enjoyed having at least a hot plate for coffee/tea in the room.
