"Breakfast was excellent."

"My experience was far from what I expected. Upon arrival to our “Deluxe” room, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working properly. The staff advised us to give it some time to cool down, but the room never refreshed. We reported the issue to reception, and they assured us that the maintenance team would come to fix it. After waiting more than 30 minutes, no one arrived. Since we had reservations outside the hotel, we had to leave without the problem being resolved. When we returned later that evening, we were told the issue had been fixed, but upon entering the room, the air conditioning was still not functioning. At that point, I had to go back down to the lobby once again to complain. The staff eventually moved us to another room, but it was slightly inferior to the “Deluxe” room we had originally booked. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and the inconvenience of having to change rooms late at night left us disappointed. For a hotel of this category, I expected much better service and reliability."

"yes the breakfast was complete but make sure to check not just the central area as the cereals and pastries are inside one of the table areas. Also the back room has another coffee machine in case it is crowded on the front"

"Great location, beautiful view, very charming space and impeccably clean! We would totally recommend booking this apartment. Walking distance to Old Town, Mala Strana and all the sights. We arrived early so asked about early check in which wasn’t available. Totally understand that. They said my key code would be available in app so kept refreshing it with no luck. Finally called again after 3:20 and they said “oh, you are missing one traveller’s details on your reservation”. I said it only let me enter 2 of the 3 so assumed that would suffice. He replied, “no my colleague edited it last evening so you could add third traveller”. No message was sent via Expedia or WhatsApp and when I kept refreshing app, never prompted that something was missing, nor when I called that morning asking for early check in. So that, while a small thing, was an unnecessary bump and after an incredibly long and exhausting travel day, was frustrating. However once in and settled, we were very happy. Loved having dishwasher and clothes washer. Cleaner came in halfway through and did a fantastic job. "

"When I arrived, the room was mostly clean, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The staff was not very helpful when we asked for assistance with parking, and one of the ladies at the front desk seemed irritated whenever we asked questions. There is no proper parking facility available, and even dropping off or picking up luggage was very difficult and inconvenient. In addition, the air conditioning in our room was extremely loud and kept waking me up during the night because of the noise. Overall, the stay was not comfortable, and I expected much better service and convenience."
