"I loved my room it was spacious and cozy. If I required anything I just sent a text and they got it done. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I found it to be a great centeral location with trolly access just outside. Various amenities in the surrounding area."

"Yes, the hotel staff was very accommodating and the cafe/lobby was available and comfortable, but the hotel was also close to tram stops to take us around the city and was also within walking distance to the river to stroll up to the Charles Bridge. And who doesn't enjoy a floating piece of art outside their hotel?"

"This property was fantastic. Super spacious and seemed brand new. Right across from the Dancing House and close walk to the water. Was pretty quiet considering you are on the main road. Fantastic property, would 100% stay here again! Wifi was fast as I was using it for work video calls."

"Beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed looking at the wonderful views. The old water tower is a great landmark outside and views of Petrin. There were great restaurants on the block. Convenient location to walk to Old Town. The apartment was huge and had everything we needed. We ate breakfast there every morning. I asked for more hangers and they immediately supplied them. The dinning table was fantastic and we lied on the couches to see the view at the end of busy days. The balcony was great for...

"I was staying with my two teenage daughters they got the bed, I got the sofa bed. The room was clean tastefully decorated for two people perfect except for lack of aircon. However, for three people a studio is completely inadequate, the sofabed was the most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept on, not suitable at all. It was more like three seperate sections of thin foam."

"When we hung the placard on the door to make up the room, although the bed was made, towels were still on the floor, no additional coffee or tea was provided, and the coffee cups were left unwashed. This was totally unacceptable. Also the terrace was available to those buying overpriced breakfast. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the sink had a bar that was ready to fall apart as did the hangers. Save your money and book elsewhere."

"Everything was great, staff, room, breakfast, location I cannot pick anything that matters to be negative about. However if youre looking for a hotel with a decent gym then this isnt it. Travelling for work a gym is important to me so I would just be mindful of that. Would I stay again? Yes! I would maybe look for an external gym"
