Upon arrival we were upgraded to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for. ...

A truly beautiful place, with incredibly friendly staff, a marvelous view, and very convenient access to many attractions. Ski rentals are right on-site, along with transportation to the gondola. We loved it and will definitely be back!
