"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself was so beautiful! The city view was so stunning, with incredible waterfront views and a massive balcony seeing the full harbour. "I have no choice to leave bad comment to this unit. Sliding door and back door cannot be locked. Washing machine is leaking and make wet the whole kitchen. Ants is all over the kitchen. It make our living experience very bad, unsecured, and worried about our belongings, feeling unsafe throughout the entire stay... And the wifi cannot be connected . Even we had feedback and sent photos and video many times to property operator, they don't even bother, never send anyone to take a look. Very...

"The staff here is fantastic. So lovely and real and helpful. My daughter had broken her leg so we needed a chair for the shower and to be located near the lobby for easy crutch entry and exit. The reception staff AND housekeeping made all this happen and were great about it. Thanks! Ps, the location is great too. The apartments are a bit old and need some updating, but overall fine."
