"Check in process was not the greatest. The office was closed on day of check in and the link provided was not working to allow upload of documents. There was sand all over the floor and in the shower -and yes, I know this is a beach house and sand is inevitable but shouldn't be there on day of check in, especially in the shower that hasn't been used yet. The coffee cups were dirty that were on the shelves and so were the knives in the knife rack. The countertop was also sticky like it hadn't...

"Property had a grateful kitchen with just enough utensils, frying pans things that you would need if you prepare your own food during your stay. The property does not have a lot of amenities, but if you’re not into amenities, it doesn’t matter. It’s in a great location central to all things Sarasota and Siesta key."

"The room was very nice and clean. It was smaller than the photos looked. But it was still nice with lots of closet space and drawers. There is a smell from the water when you use it. I noticed it at the beach and other local areas too. It wasn’t a fishy smell but still a bit off putting. The pool and hot tub were great and having chairs and the shark tooth tool as well as beach towels was a wonderful benefit. They also have snacks and water available in the office at no charge. I would stay here...

"This is the absolute best vacation we’ve ever taken in our lives and barely left the resort at all for our entire stay! For the level of luxury this resort offers it blew our minds how family friendly it was as well. Our son is 6 and autistic and every single staff member we came into contact with made sure he enjoyed the stay just as much as any other kiddo. The restaurants are amazing, the pool atmosphere is out of this world, beach access is wonderful, rooms and complimentary self care...
