"When we arrived, they gave us a room that smelled like they had just cleaned it with Fabuloso — the smell was so strong it was almost funny. I tried to shower and the shower wasn’t clean, so I spoke with the guest attendant and asked to be moved. They gave us a clean room with no smell and we had a good night. Unfortunately the pool was dirty and I couldn’t use it. Breakfast was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable."

"Card readers for the room didn’t work for the first day and a half of our stay so we continuously had to go to the front office to get someone to open our room for us. Every time house keeping came to clean our room they would leave the dirty towels and not supply us with fresh, clean towels so we would have to ask them.
