"The property needs to be upgraded. The furniture on the balcony was dingy and unattractive. The tiles on the perimeter of the balcony as moldy. The views were lovely. The hotel is located in the heart of everything on the beach. It would lovely if it was refreshed "

"The hotel itself was very clean with good facilities but our room would have benefitted from a bit of modernisation and tlc. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the garden. The food served was fresh and varied. Overall a good base to explore Guadeloupe "

"The AC didn’t keep the room cool (room 217). We ask the staff, but they did not find any suitable solutions. Room temperature was constantly between 24 and 28 degree celsius. "

"Une arnaque. j'ai paye davance 120 us$ pour une chambre. je suis arrive devant une porte close. Pas de code , pas de sonette, pas depersonne qui repond au téléphone. je suis reste devant la porte de 15h a 17h30. Pour finalementbune autre chambre dans un district qui craint. A scam. you pay but you find an hostel closed.. No service at all."

Nous avons été relocalisés à un autre établissement qui était beaucoup plus éloigné de notre terminal de croisière et qui n'avait pas d'ascenseur pour mon épouse handicapée .On nous a dit que c'était la faute d'Expedia qui aurait dû nous aviser du changement "

"The unit was the perfect size and we sat out on our porch to eat listening to the waves. Julien responded by phone right after we booked and then we communicated by WhatsApp. He also arranged the car rental for us. Junior picked us up at the airport and brought us back. He reviewed our map with us and made great suggestions that met our interests. Ste Anne and Ste Francois are close by and had many interests. Thank you so much. "
