"Swimming pool should have hours for adults only from 9pm-11pm. We stayed 3 days and never got a chances to enjoy the pool as it was always full of kids, some unsupervised. We paid dor an hotel with a pool but never got a chance to enjoy it"

"We asked the front desk clerk why there is no hot tub (spa) when advertised on their website. She said they don't advertised hot tub when we can clearly see pictures and written in black and white it on their website. We figure out after that the hot tub was there but not functionnal and they cover it with a sheet of plywood. The front desk clerk had a frustrated and rude tone when she answered us instead of just saying : sorry, the hot tub is not functionnal..."
