There was a good selection of items and the staff was helpful. I wo up avoid the busy time. It’s crazy! Overall our stay at the hotel was nice. I wish the person who checked us in was more attentive and explained where things were and such. Instead, e had to figure out on our own that we needed towel cards, where the towels were and such. While we waited for our room, I watched other employees take guests around and show the things and explain the resort. So make sure you get someone more helpful."
