"Resort was beautiful! Rooms were clean staff was friendly and helpful . Restaurant upstairs by the pool was delicious! The ONLY problem was the road to get up to the resort itself . A taxis worst nightmare . I got charged extra for every taxi I took JUST because of the road . They all informed me that all taxis forbid the road that’s how bad it is . Just a heads up if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have booked because it was stressful . Other than that great stay !"

"Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...

"I booked a 10-day stay over Carnival (MasDomnik) at Pinnards Mountain Resort, and it was such a refreshing scenic escape. The mountain views and peaceful atmosphere truly gave that relaxing “getaway” vibe while still being close enough to enjoy the festivities. "The staff is wonderful, very pleasant! The hotel needs a renovation especially the older sections. The rooms need to be cleaned better. Although there are elevators,( not always strategically located), they need to install ramps for those people who may not be able to navigate stairs! The food was good, but only a buffet for breakfast every morning was not ideal. "

"Great food. I’m a vegetarian and my husband is a semi meat eater. We were very pleased with the food variety offered. Let me say…we have been living in Dominica for two months…it’s been a challenge. We came to Rosalie Bay Resort primarily for hot water and reliable AC…we got both and much much more!!"
