"This hotel is undergoing renovations, so this review is how conditions were on my one night stay. On check in, hotel staff told me I was currently booked on second floor rooms but that elevator was not working due to renovations. He offered to move us to first floor if we wanted. I was traveling with my daughter and her two young children, plus my son and his dog. He was very helpful and pleasant and made the switch which made it much easier for us and our multiple to cars to carry...

"The room was clean and the bathroom was updated, which was nice. Pool was closed indefinitely. Check in took a long time, the clerk had trouble processing a $100 cc authorization. The breakfast was average for this type hotel."

"This is such a cool motel! The bar/restaurant was quaint & beautifully decorated. Cocktails & entertainment were great!! Breakfast was fantastic!! Well worth staying there!"

"The only staff that was helpful was the person who checked us out. We wanted a pool and upon arrival they notified us that it was closed. When we asked to have our room cleaned they didn’t do it and when we ran out of toilet paper we had to get our own. They continued to run out of breakfast. The only good thing was the location and I loved Santa Fe in general most of the people were very friendly, but the only person that was friendly at the sage was the person who checked us out."

"The check in was very poor. The staff member was on the phone with her ear buds on an obviously personal call through the whole check in process. She also thought my Maryland driver's license was from out of the country . I had several interactions with her and she was always on the phone. The other staff were more professional. The breakfast was subpar. "

"Overall, we had a good stay. The location was great, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The reason I'm giving three stars is because of a few inconveniences. We needed to use the pullout sofa bed, but there were no linens provided. We also didn't receive enough towels for the number of guests in our room.
