"Hyggelig vertinne ventet på oss når vi kom fra fergen. Varm velkomst med varm eplekake. Vi fikk informasjon og anbefalinger om stedet. Rommet var enkelt, men som beskrevet. Vi fikk bruke bakgården til å sitte i og henge opp tøy. Det bor en hane der som til tider var ivrig i tjenesten og som kan være sjenerende tidlig på morgenen. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake."

"Ston is a lovely little town that specializes in oysters and sea salt. You can't drive into or park in the Old Town, but the town is so small that the public parking is onlya flat block away and is free with your stay. The manager's English is very good, and he and everyone in town were welcoming and helpful. The apartment isn't huge, but it had everything I needed for a short stay. I couldn't find paper towels or dish towels, but they might have been there. Someone brings you a breakfast tray...

"We arrived at the propery around 11am. They told us where we could store our luggage while we walked around. We put our luggage where they told us, right by the front door. They didn't put our names on them or secure them in any way. On this trip so far we've been to Scotland, Ireland, Poland, and Germany and our bags were always tagged and locked away. After touring the property we arrived back at the front desk (12pm) and asked for our luggage to put our towel away. They suddenly had no idea...

"The place was in a perfect location to the ferries, restaurants, swimming, and shopping. The host and staff are very gracious and helpful. The Bed was comfortable and spacious , and the shower was very warm and larger than you would expect for a European rental. We stayed on the third floor with no problem, but if you have trouble climbing stairs, I would request a lower unit because there are 42 steps to get inside."
