"I cam back to Space to finish my trip. Hasna, from Executive Sales, saw my previous review about the overhead noise in Room 804. She said Space would have changed my room if I requested. She was nice and professional. It is true that I did not request a change. I was there for one day and tired. I appreciate her concern and thanked her. That said, 804 can be a bit noisy when there is an event in the meeting room. The hotel is super nice. Just ask for a different room."

"Great in person services from staff. Very accommodating, respectful and prompt. Breakfast buffet was great as well as the in house restaurant. Will definitely be staying here and recommend anyone who’s visiting Dhaka. Room for improvement: online support non existent. Asked questions for staff pre-checking in but no one ever gotten back to me. "

"The property doesn't match the description given in Expedia. There is no lake view, no living room inside the room. The business studio suite opens up in a kitchen and then leads to the room. Hotel is clean but the area around is surrounded by buildings. You cannot remove the curtains of the room because of the privacy concerns as the other buildings are very close to the property. "

"The property was in a good location, however it needs to be renovated. I went since I was recommended, otherwise I would have preferred other hotels. The staff were very good- the only plus point of this hotel."

"Not bad. But they claim to charge extra for pool usually, and the pool area has no privacy or maintenance, or a place to relax, it's dirty too and people from neighborhood buildings keeps starring, which is quite uncomfortable. They don't have room service after 4 / 5 pm, which can also be inconvenient. And have told us "no guests will be allowed to visit" even after taking a suite. The quality of service is quite poor, compared to what they charge."
