"Close to the airport and a 5 minute drive to old town Zadar. Everything easy. Ok breakfast. Basic hotel and serves its purpose. The top and bra left in our closet from the previous guest was a nice touch. Didn’t fit any of us though."

"Excellent séjour d’une nuit dans cet établissement situé au calme à 10 mn de la vieille ville.
Des prestations de qualité, hébergement moderne et très propre. Petit-déjeuner excellent et varié, préparation des œufs minute. Personnel et propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique. A recommander sans réserve."

"A great hotel with nice pool and shop across the road,
easy nice walk around the bay that takes you to the water taxi which takes you old town for 8 euro return"

"The property was centrally located, very convenient to the old town sites and restaurants. The bed rooms were in a loft area of the apartment, suitable for our family. The washing machine worked well, and the apartment had the amenities we wanted. The parking is a bit of a challenge(expensive) but it’s the price you pay to stay in the old town area."

"Really lovely place with modern, comfortable rooms. Pool was great and staff very friendly. About a £8 uber to the old town. Would highly recommend Demar."

"Great location. 5 minutes away from beach and bus stop into town. Market across the property . Small kitchen to make breakfast or quick lunch to enjoy at the balcony!!"

"Ein tolles kleines Hotel ein wenig außerhalb der Altstadt, was wir persönlich sehr gut fanden. Das Hotel hatte tolle und geräumige Zimmer und einen kleinen Pool was bei der Hitze sehr angenehm war 😀
Frühstück war auch prima und es gibt nichts zu meckern 😀"
