"Staff is very friendly. However… when it comes to the amenities in the room, I do not believe it is worth 4-stars. There is a kettle, but no coffee or tea. I bought my own coffee but the dirty cups never got replaced. I have no problem rinsing it myself in the bathroom sink, but not at a 4-star establishment. ..."
