"Absolutely recommend this property. The staff is amazing! We did a couple of the activities and love them. Definitely do the horse back riding tour! The food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable and where this property shines is on the little details- turn down service, with fireplace, chocolate and hot water bottles to keep the bed warm."

"Amazing history, everywhere you walk. Smelt good despite everything being old so appreciated! Not really established as a hotel though more a monastery maybe. Place was cold. Had to ask for fireplace to be made up. No heating anywhere else in the hotel. No ambiance, dead quiet everywhere. One friendly receptionist / manager, everyone else seemed impossible to get hold of. Food arrived cold, which given the place was cold I guess it wad standard. Some of the food on the menu that they did have,...

"Péssimo atendimento na recepção do Hotel! Inclusive a moça que se encontrava no dia de nosso check-in foi extremamente ríspida e nada amigável. Acredito que se melhorar o atendimento possa ser que seja uma boa opção de hospedagem, caso contrário, não vale a pena…
As instalações são boas, entretanto, sem as instruções adequadas vc não consegue chegar facilmente. Inclusive a atendente da recepção não nos orientou que uma das entradas ao parque não permite acesso após as 15 hrs."

"The hotel is uphill with beautiful views of the mountains. The sunset was incredible.
Be aware the road is unsealed the last kilometre and you need to WhatsApp message the hotel in advance of arrive for them to open the entry gate.
Staff were very friendly and accomodating even though our Spanish is terrible.
This is a boutique hotel with only 5 rooms and we had the place to ourselves.
There is a cafeteria with some snacks, but all meals are made to order off a menu and the presentation is...

"They are not prepared to host a solo traveler.
A locked gate that does not allow freedom of entry and exit to the premises Electricity and lighting were sporatic. Water had to be turned on exteriorally and did not work in the morning. No water, no shower, hard to even brush me teeth. Need to read a manual on simple hosting basics! The kid was nice enough, but this is not a place to stay under any circumstances"
