"Wir haben uns im La Loggia sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Deluxe-Zimmer war wirklich schön, das Frühstück super und das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich. Auch die Lage ist richtig toll! Der Meerblick vom Zimmer war zwar etwas eingeschränkt, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört – man geht nur etwa 15 Meter raus und hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! :)"

"Very cute apartment over 3 floors with a small but fully stocked kitchen. Good air con on top 2 floors. Short steep walk (7 mins) to the top of motovun. You check in at a restaurant up the hill and one of the staff then takes you to the apartment. Free parking nearby. Only real negatives were the shower cubicle which was way too small and quite a few mozzies in the evening when drinking wine on the terrace…"

"Large unit with kitchen with sea view. Coffee maker in unit (yeah) big balcony shared with neighboring renters. Sleeps 5 easily. Had to have owner on phone while finding driveway to unit GPS not accurate. Owner terrifically helpful and kind. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much, very comfortable room, great location, the infinity pool and bar are awesome, friendly staff, convenient car parking and the buffet breakfast is fantastic. Only downside is our “park view” room was rather dim but didn’t worry that much as we were only in our room after dark mostly."

"The room and bathroom were small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were on the ground floor and had probably the only room with only a partial sea view. Half of the view was the restaurant. Breakfast was very good - you order from a menu rather than having a buffet. Weather depending, you could sit poolside or in the restaurant. The only drawback was that the A/C was set so it could not be lower than 21°C/70°F. For many that would be fine. For us it was uncomfortable and made it hard...

"Das Hotel liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage. Für mich verdient es jedoch eher 3 Sterne, da die Zimmer und die Aufteilung der Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Potenzial, und ich hoffe, dass dieses in Zukunft genutzt wird. Es gibt einen privaten Strand. Allerdings kann man keine Liegen im Voraus reservieren, und die Sonnenschirme bieten keinen besonders guten Schutz vor der starken UV-Strahlung. "Personal war top, aber das Zimmer war wirklich schlimm. Direkt am Parkplatz, ganze Nacht den Lärm der Straße. Tagsüber der Rauch der Angestellten, die dort Pause machen. Klima roch auch nach Rauch. Lifte ständig überfüllt, 2x 4 Personen ist halt einfach zu wenig. Essen am Abend war sehr ernüchternd, vor Allem weil um 20:20 bereits nicht mehr nachgelegt wurde. Was aus war war aus. "Lovely small hotel in the small town of Lovran. Excellent & very fresh morning breakfast buffet. Friendly & excellent service. Highly recommend getting a room with a balcony if you can. Well located spot within minutes to the lungomare & local bus. Really loved this little place. For North America travellers, you will need to go up a stair case before you get to the elevator. Quirks of old buildings. To the hotel, the room we stayed in may need a mattress upgrade as it was getting a bit soft."

"This is a very remote area, so it was extremely peaceful and beautiful. Food options are well over 20 mi or more away. It is off season, a lot of places around were closed, including the nature activities. If you are looking for a serene retreat this if your place, I would have loved to use the pool but it was out of season. Beautiful traditional stone house."
