"We were met by a cheerful desk person who checked us in quickly and pointed out need to know info. Our room was spacious and clean with nice touches like a rose shaped wash cloth and flower shaped Kleenex in the box. Bed was comfortable and loved the ceiling fan in the bedroom. Hotel was extremely quiet and great location. "

"All and all a good place. I would recommend to get the carpet shampoos and cleaned. Especially the hallway to the elevator and the elevator entrance. "

"Check in was easy and the front desk agents were nice and helpful! The room was clean with a comfy bed and soft sheets. There were plenty of bath towels for a two night stay. We’ll be back when visiting Asheville!"

"Great stay. Very impressed with size of room and comfort of bed and pillows. Truly awesome! Grounds were beautiful and within walking distance to many restaurants. Pool was closed for an unknown reason on a very hot day is only complaint."
