Motel tại Quận Polk

"I expected an older property but not in the condition this one is. The outside doors do not lock and there are junk cars and garbage all around the property. People live at the hotel so kids run the halls for their playground. Lots of dogs that bark all the time. The halls smell of pot and I don’t know what. The pool is permanently closed. The rooms bedding is thin and wore out. There is a broken spot in the floor in front of the toilet. Definitely not a 7.4 hotel. "

"The room was very nicely remodeled but very BASIC....the concierge Dennis was available 24/7 & provided cups, bottled water & kleenex upon our request & delivered them to our room. The bed was very comfortable. There was no remote with the TV so we had to use the buttons on the TV itself. All in all if you're looking for a place to sleep/shower it's great for the price. Would stay there again..close to downtown!"

"For a while I have been making reservations at the cheapest, sketchiest hotels or motels I can just to see how bad they are. THIS IS NOT THE WORST. There were problems; the light/fan in the bathroom sounded BAD. The wire was pulled out of the phone. There was no bulb in the wall fixture. The smoke alarm did not work at all. I had to jiggle the handle on the toilet to get it to stop running after flushing. It seems that places no longer put alarm clocks in the rooms; this one did. The room...
